Awakening Inner Freedom is our 30-day course for developing inner peace and emotional clarity. It includes 30 daily teachings, guided mindfulness practices, and step-by-step exercises designed to help you release stress, deepen self-awareness, and build a stable foundation of inner calm and presence.
The Awakening with Mindfulness course is a comprehensive, 14-day online training based on the ancient teaching of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. This training is designed to help you get established in mindfulness as a way of being, utilizing the science of mindfulness and meditation, and the principles of Buddhist psychology to attain new levels of inner peace and freedom.
The Science of Breath
The Science of Breath course explores the ancient practice of pranayama, the Yogic science of breath control and life-force expansion. In the course, students explore the philosophy and history of pranayama, learn the western science of the respiratory system and the benefits of breathwork, explore the energetic anatomy of the breath and energy body, and participate in numerous guided pranayama exercises.
The 5 Elements of Health Course explores a complete holistic system for cultivating optimal health and wellness. It aims to outline and simplify the core aspects of health and what is needed to for total mind-body-spirit wellness. By honoring and applying these 5 elements and their components each day, one can radically transform their health and well-being and encourage vitality and longevity.
The Science of Samadhi is a foundational course in Yoga Philosophy, teaching the essentials of what yoga is, the four paths of yoga, and a detailed study of the eight limbs of yoga outlined by the sage Patanjali. The course is taught by Sadhu Shri, a devout yogic practitioner with a masters degree in yogic philosophy.
