The Academy for Awakening

The Academy for Awakening is an online academy designed to support you on your journey of conscious evolution. As a member, you get access to our full library of courses (including additional courses exclusive to the academy) on a variety of topics, from lessons on health, fitness and mind-body wellness, to teachings on mindfulness, meditation and spiritual awakening.

Awakening with Mindfulness

The Awakening with Mindfulness course is a comprehensive, 14-day online training based on the ancient teaching of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. This training is designed to help you get established in mindfulness as a way of being, utilizing the science of mindfulness and meditation, and the principles of Buddhist psychology to attain new levels of inner peace and freedom.

How to Meditate

The How to Meditate course is our introductory course for learning the practice of meditation. It includes 9 video lessons, 8 guided meditation practices, and 7+ hours of expert instruction for learning and integrating a meditation practice into your daily life.

Waking Up to Who You Are

Through guided lessons on self-inquiry and meditation, this course helps you wake up to the essential truth of who you are. In doing so, you discover an inner source of peace that is not affected by the changing circumstances of life.

The Science of Breath

The Science of Breath course explores the ancient practice of pranyama, the Yogic science of breath control and life-force expansion. In the course, students explore the philosophy and history of pranayama, learn the western science of the respiratory system and the benefits of breathwork, explore the energetic anatomy of the breath and energy body, and participate in numerous guided pranayama exercises.

The 5 Elements of Health

The 5 Elements of Health Course explores a complete holistic system for cultivating optimal health and wellness. It aims to outline and simplify the core aspects of health and what is needed to for total mind-body-spirit wellness. By honoring and applying these 5 elements and their components each day, one can radically transform their health and well-being and encourage vitality and longevity.

The Science of Samadhi

The Science of Samadhi is a foundational course in Yoga Philosophy, teaching the essentials of what yoga is, the four paths of yoga, and a detailed study of the eight limbs of yoga outlined by the sage Patanjali. The course is taught by Sadhu Shri, a devout yogic practitioner with a masters degree in yogic philosophy.

The Kybalion

The Kybalion is an esoteric text discussing the seven hermetic principles of the universe, laying the foundation for the understanding of mental alchemy. Understanding these universal principles allows one to work with them, rather than be unconsciously influenced by them. This course explores each of the principles in depth, as well as how to apply them in daily life.

The 7 Chakras

The 7 Chakras course dives deep into the philosophy of chakras, the primary energy centers of the body, discussing detailed information about each chakra and how to use the chakras for awakening and healing. We also explore the phenomenon of kundalini energy and the journey of awakening kundalini.

Nutrition 101

The Nutrition 101 course aims to make healthy eating simple. No matter your dietary preference (plant-based, meat-based, paleo, etc.) your body has certain nutritional requirements that it relies on to function optimally. This course discusses what these nutrients are, how much we need, and what foods we can get them from.

Intro to Pilates

The Intro to Pilates course is an introductory course to pilates that can be practiced in the comfort of your own home, including three guided pilates sessions of 10, 20, and 30 minutes, covering beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises respectively.

Home Workout

The Home Workout mini-course offers three at-home workouts using only body weight. There are three classes, a 10, 20 and 30 minute class that cover beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises respectively.

Strength Foundations

The Strength Foundations course provides a 5-day structured gym routine to help you master weightlifting and bodybuilding. It contains detailed videos on how to perform each exercise with proper form, as well as how many sets and repetitions to do for each exercise, along with additional weightlifting tips.

Meditation Library

The Meditation Library is a collection of guided meditations lead by various instructors that will continue to be added to over time. Members of this library get unlimited access to the meditations and all future guided meditation practices.

Yoga Class Library

The Yoga Class Library is a collection of guided yoga classes lead by various instructors that will continue to be added to over time. Members of this library get unlimited access to the yoga classes and all future yoga classes.

Overcoming Anxiety

The Overcoming Anxiety course focuses on effective ways of transforming anxiety into peace by looking at the fundamental environmental, physiological, and psychological factors that influence anxiety. Through understanding these factors, individuals are empowered to make choices that lead to their peace and happiness instead of fear and worry.
