Joseph is an Author, Mindfulness Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and the Founder of Conscious Collective. He has published 9 books on mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual awakening, and has grown an online community of over 1 million people across various platforms.
At age 16, Joseph had a powerful mystical experience that woke him up to the oneness of life—as well as the personal and collective suffering that stems from a lack of understanding our true nature and our fundamental unity. After this experience, Joseph began passionately seeking spiritual knowledge, studying and practicing various forms of philosophy and spirituality. His curiosity to learn has drawn him to travel abroad and study in India, Nepal, China, Japan, Peru, Guatemala and Colombia, training and learning under many different teachers and traditions.
Joseph’s journey has brought him to a deep awareness of life and of the importance of mindfulness and meditation as tools for self-discovery and liberation. Now, it’s Joseph's mission to share the wisdom he has received from his studies and to help people experience greater happiness, health, connection and freedom in their lives.
